The Corporation of the City of Cornwall (Corporation) requires the services of a Contractor to supply five (5) Hired Plow/Spread Combination Trucks, complete will fully qualified operators, to maintain its main streets, City Priority Routes (MTO Class 2 & 3), for the next five winters. These hired units will work in conjunction with three Corporation combination trucks throughout the term of this contract. The work will include the plowing of city streets, the plowing and salting of city streets or the salting only of city streets, depending on the type of winter event.
