This project will generally consist of 1,195 of 10 ductile iron water pipe. Unit Price proposals will be received for the performance of work. The contract documents, including plans, specifications, and complete instructions to bidders, may be examined and obtained at the office of Conway Corporation Engineering Department. A $50.00 (fifty dollars and no/100 s) nonrefundable fee is required for the contract documents. All bidders must be licensed in accordance with the requirements of the Arkansas Contractor s Licensing Board including Act 150 of 1965, as amended, and must be legally qualified in all respects to conduct business in Arkansas. To qualify, bidders must provide a financial statement, a verifiable statement of experience and equipment schedule as more fully defined in the instructions to bidders. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form, subject to the conditions as provided in the information to bidders. The qualifying bidder must be able to provide a performance bond.
