Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for constructing Downtown - East Granada Utility Undergrounding Project, Bid No. 2023-24.The Work consists of: The undergrounding of overhead FP&L utilities, the conversion of overhead customer electric services and street lighting circuits to underground, furnish and install conduit and wiring for East Granada Boulevard median islands power and irrigation control, and all associated site work and restoration as required at the City's Downtown Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) District - East Granada Boulevard. The Work is shown on the Drawings and specified in the Project Manual.If you have difficulty obtaining these documents, please contact the City's purchasing office at (386)676-3223.All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. NON-MANDATORY A pre-bid conference to discuss the details and requirements of the contract will be held on May 31. 2023 at 10:00 AM, in the Training Room at City Hall. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. The deadline for submitting questions is June 16, 2023 at 4:00 PM.
