Renovation of a mixed-use development in Owensville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The term Project as used herein shall refer to: HVAC Upgrade - Phase 2 Owensville Community School Owensville, Indiana The project is to be substantially complete on or before July 28, 2024. Bid Security - A Bid Bond or other form of bid security IS REQUIRED.All work shall meet requirements of the drawings, specifications and other Contract Documents prepared by Hafer. J. Costs for Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond SHALL BE included in the contractor's bid.If the Plans and Specifications are returned after this ten (10) day period or in unusable condition, the deposit will be forfeited Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any and all informalities, whether or not the Bids comply with the prescribed requirements, and alternates and unit prices if requested in the Bid Forms.
