City of Athens will receive sealed Bids for the Water Treatment Chemicals. If you have any questions or need additional information, contact the assigned Project Buyer: Randy Williams, Utilities Director rwilliams@athenstx.gov Questions and concerns must be received no later than ten (10) days prior to the Bid Packet due date. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part; to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept the bid, which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of the City. In case of ambiguity or lack of completeness in stating the prices in any bid, the City reserves the right to consider the most advantageous bid thereof. Bids must be valid for at least 60 days from the date of the bid opening to allow time for award by the City.
