Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in North Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work consists of: 1. Demolition and disposal of 600+ LF of the existing pond walls and existing precast concrete inlet and outlet structures. 2. Excavation of 2700 + CY of soil to enlarge the pond volume. 3. Construction of 800 + LF of 8-inch thick and 4 feet high pond walls. 4. Construction of a concrete sediment pond 5. Construction of 3600 + LF of USU Standard Type 1 sidewalk. 6. Installation of an 15320 + SF of geotextile fabric, an EPDM Liner, and River rock of 8-inch thickness. 7. Installation of 50 + LF of 6" HDPE Corrugated pipe for planter shelves. 8. Installation of a 3-ft x 3-ft and 3-ft x 4-ft precast concrete box and saw cuts to connect to existing storm drain pipes and install an orifice plate. 9. Installation of 3 waterman gates and 3 aerators. 10. Construction of 4 ADA ramps and 2 crosswalk pavement markings. 11. Removing and replacing trees and installing plants in planter shelves and garden areas. 12. The improvements will be installed at the Utah State University Innovation Campus in North Logan, Utah. 13. All structures, piping, and fittings required to serve the project as shown on the plan set. Construction is expected to commence August 2023. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
