This is a Request for Proposal for constructions services. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) Crop Genetics and Breeding Research Unit located in Tifton, GA., has a requirement to Remodel Greenhouse in Bldg. 30. The work consists of but is not limited to: The Contractor will provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to remove and replace aging and/or damaged building infrastructure, components, and systems to bring the buildings functioning capacity back to service. The contractor will provide a turn-key product to include, but not limited to, all materials as specified, the proper demolition as specified, and the installation of all material as specified in the Statement of Work. This project is located at the USDA-ARS, 133 Tobacco Road. Tifton, GA. 31793 The solicitation number is 12405B23R0017 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFP). The NAICS code is 236220 with a size standard of $45.0 M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions.
