All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Supplies/Services LIST OF EQUIPMENT: The service required includes: Removal of existing flooring and cove base in the rooms/spaces identified in Table 1. Prep/patch subfloor to ensure smoothness and leveling, prior to installation of new flooring. Install new government-furnished vinyl flooring, cove base and adhesive(s).
