Renovation of an educational facility in Ruston, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Lincoln Parish School Board has selected competitive sealed proposals as the project delivery/ contract method to be used for this project. Competitive Sealed Proposals are requested for the Ruston High School Chiller Replacements project. Ruston High School Chiller Replacements scope of work includes renovating the existing air cooled chillers and controls system. Alternatively, a bid packet can be picked up at 701 Mitchell Ave., Ruston, LA 71270 Bid Security in the amount of 5% of proposal must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidders shall provide Payment and Performance Bonds. All Contractors shall comply with prevailing wage rates in accordance with the civil statutes of the State of Louisiana and Department of Labor. Davis-Bacon Act requires payment of prevailing wages to various classes of laborers and mechanics. Certified payrolls are required for this project and shall comply with U.S. Department of Labor Form WH-347. The Lincoln Parish School Board is an equal opportunity provider.
