Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Bryan, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

City of Bryan, Texas ("City") is seeking a Design / Build firm (the 'D/B Firm') to perform a unique complete design / build service for a signature playground. The design / build process will include shade garnering artist sculptures, play structures, pavilions, restrooms, parking, infrastructure (e.g., water, sewer, electric, gas, WiFi, lighting, etc.), landscaping, typical park amenities (e.g., picnic tables, benches, water fountains, trash cans, etc.), and possibly other components as determined through the design process, while working with the City staff, the City's external partners, and appropriate consultants engaged by the City. The City desires an out of the box design and look, a signature park that is engaging to many, interactive, and visually and physically stimulating. The City of Bryan reserves the right to waive any informalities and technicalities and to accept the offer considered most advantageous in order to obtain the best value for the City. performance and a payment bond in an amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, conditioned upon faithful performance of the contract in accordance with the plans, specifications and contract documents and payment to all persons supplying labor and materials, shall be executed by the successful Design/Build Firm and shall accompany the signed contract.
