Renovation of an educational facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 27 the project did not received bids. This project is a tenant improvement in a leased space in Las Vegas. UNR is the tenant and the jurisdiction is either the City of Las Vegas or Clark County. Estimated Cost Range: $400,000 to $500,000 Liquidated Damages: $500/day Special Considerations: Contractor is responsible for obtaining all permits with appropriate local agencies including but not limited to Building, Fire and Health departments. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractor's Pollution Liability and Builders Risk Insurance will be required.
