1.0 Introduction The Gallatin Parks and Recreation Department is seeking bids for 40' X 20' PAVILION. Building location is 195 Municipal Park, Gallatin TN 37066. Bids will be due on will be due on June 8 th, 2023 at 3:00pm., in a sealed envelope clearly marked: PAVILION CONSTRUCTION. 2.0 Scope of Work Existing structure shall be taken down and hauled off site. Installation of a 40' X 20' Pavilion on a concrete slab. A site visit to evaluate demolition of existing structure and construction of Pavilion is required to bid on this project. Contact Leon Harris (615-707-2657) to make appointment for site visit. 3.0 Estimated Pavilion Materials 12 Galvanized 2.5" X 8' tall legs with braces for trusses 28 pieces of metal roofing 1.5 ml thick 6 x 2" trusses with purlin braces 48' of galvanized 2" angle iron 60 anchor bolts 50 Truss bolts 40' ridge cap These materials are estimate based on codes and planning minimum materials to construct a 40' x 20' metal pavilion. Vendor shall be required to provide an estimated list of materials to complete construction, scope of work and a rough diagram of completed pavilion shall submitted with bid proposal.
