Supply and delivery of Laboratory Gases to the Department of Health State Laboratories Division located at 2725 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, HI 96792 for FY2024. Please see attachments and instructions for additional details. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Schanzenbach, Stephen. COMMITMENT: The Hawaii State Department of Health (DOH) State Laboratories Division (SLD) Environmental Health Analytical Services Branch (EHASB) will purchase from the successful bidder's submitted price list except as indicated below in EXCEPTION TO THE PRICE LIST. Orders shall be issued on an as-needed basis during the period covered by this contract. Vendor shall not be obligated to accept any order received after the contract's expiration date. Vendor shall fill orders for which delivery may extend beyond the expiration date. EHASB may elect not to extend its commitment to this contract beyond the initial contract term. EXCEPTION TO THE PRICE LIST: In the event that the Vendor is unable to fulfill its contractual obligations, EHASB reserves the right to purchase product from other vendors.
