As of August 14,2023, no bids were received for that project so no award was made. The State Laboratories Division is requesting a price quotation to replace 2 60-HP 3-phase 480V motors and 1 Variable Frequency Drive for our Exhaust Fans. Please see attachments for additional details. Work site is located on the Roof ofthe State Laboratories Facility located at 2725 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, HI 96782. a. Remove and dispose of non-functional fan motors and VFD. b. Purchase, deliver and install new fans and VFD. c. Replacement motor and VFD shall be new and oflike kind to existing motors and VFD. Replacement equipment must be compatible with the buildings existing automation system and exhaust fans. d. Installation shall include all work and materials required to bring the fan motors to normal working order and connecting the new VFD to the building automation system. e. Start up and test to insure proper functioning. f. Motors shall have a Manufacturer's Warranty which at a minimum provides the following: Five (5) years warranty on parts from date ofinstallation and acceptance to the original user ofthe equipment ifit should prove defective workmanship or defective materials. The manufacturer shall replace the defective parts without charge to the Government. g. At completion ofthe work, Contractor shall provide a written warranty that the completed project is free from any workmanship or material defects for a period of one year starting from the date ofthe works formal acceptance. The warranty shall state that, in case of any workmanship defects that will occur within the period of one (1) year, the Contractor shall implement the necessary corrective work without charging the Government for the costs ofmaterials, labor, and equipment use.
