Concrete Specifications . 4,500 PSI exterior concrete (4% - 6% air entrained; Straight Bag Mix) . 4" deep gravel or engineered fill (compacted) . 4"-6" thick (concrete) as per owner . Engineered fill with be placed in 6" lifts and compacted to 95% . Concrete Sealer (100% acrylic) . Broom finish . Sidewalks control joints equal to the width of sidewalk . Relief cuts to match existing areas at the location (every 100 square feet max; no more than 10' in any direction to the next relief joint) . Expansion joints every 50' (or where abutting existing concrete) 1/2" expansion material is asphalt impregnated board . Excavation, haul-off, and concrete forming included . Concrete install includes doweling into the abutting concrete 2' on center minimum 2" from surfaces with #4 bar x 16" long This bid is for a vendor to provide concrete repair & installation at all district locations. All work to be performed in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. Any modification to this procurement effort shall be made by addendum issued by the SLCSD. Only authorized and properly issued addenda shall constitute the official and binding position of the SLCSD.
