Renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the addition of a 1,271-square-foot municipal facility.

Survey report of hazardous materials within the project scope area is pending. Project location and access to the site via truck or oversized vehicle is limited and should be factored into planning of construction activities. Photographs of existing project area (and surroundings) and a preliminary access plan will be published in a forthcoming addendum. The general contractor will be required to obtain and have a license for Plan Grid for use during construction administration. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University.
