Site work for a residential development in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.

Section II describes a minimum set of services that are expected of the selected proposer and should be used for preparing a proposal. However, this may not be a complete list of all work necessary to complete the project. Proposers should use their knowledge and experience to prepare a proposal that will provide the program administration services necessary to meet the desired outcomes of the Program. The selected proposer will be a public-facing service provider operating within a framework and requirements approved by DEH. The selected proposer will be expected to effectively communicate and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders while managing lead-based paint inspection and abatement projects enrolled in the LSHP in a manner consistent with the mission and desired outcomes of the LSHP, as illustrated in the Program model in Section I(B)(4). Administration services requested include providing project scheduling services; oversight and payment of State lead-certified professionals, temporary housing relocation vendors, and other contractors; project tracking; and preparing requested progress reports with metrics defined by the County.
