(2) Location: 1450E- from 1000N to Rt. 33 775N - Rt. 130 to 1375E; then south 850' (3) ) Description of work: Construction of a soil-cement base course and A-2 bituminous surface treatment. Also, the reconstruction of 621feet of roadway on 1450E with realignment consisting of earthwork, aggregate surface course and pipe culverts. (4) Plans and proposal forms will be available in the office of Connor & Connor, Inc. Consulting Engineer, 210 E. Locust Street, P.O. Box 618, Robinson, IL 62454. (5) The County, in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that the contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the ground of race, color or national origin. (6) The right is reserved to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities .
