Construction of a new replacement for Ecole des Beaux-Marais (Pre-K to Grade 8). TIMELINE: An RFSQ to pre-qualify design-build teams for design and construction closed at the owner in December, 2023. A total of eight (8) companies have been shortlisted/pre-qualified to participate in the future second stage RFP.
