Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Porters Lake, Nova Scotia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 71,835-square-foot, 400-seat educational facility.

Construction of a new replacement for Ecole des Beaux-Marais (Pre-K to Grade 8). TIMELINE: Preliminary planning and site evaluation work is underway for the project. An RFSQ to pre-qualify design-build teams for design and construction closed at the owner in December, 2023. A total of eight (8) companies have been shortlisted/pre-qualified to participate in the future second stage RFP. Further details and construction may be confirmed in Fall 2026. *Budget is unreleased.
