Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,200-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
**Per Addendum 3 the bid date has been extended from 11/04/25 to 11/12/25** The project is a 1200 sq. ft. renovation of 4 office spaces and a new conference room with new walls, paint, new ceiling, and floor finishes. Some asbestos floor abatement in the areas of renovation will be included in the project. A performance bond and a payment bond will be required for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Payment will be made based on ninety-five percent (95%) of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
