1. DWSD Central Warehouse and West Yard is requesting the purchase and delivery of Patch Material, Bituminous: CP-5 Modified. DWSD warehouses secure, stores and issues Patch Material from its inventory. Patch material is used year around to patch excavation holes on streets and sidewalks made by DWSD during repairs. This contract will serve to replenish stock levels, preventing emergency spot buys and possible work stoppage. 2. The contract resulting from this RFB will be for a term of 1 year. 3. Patch Material, Bituminous: CP-5 Modified will be delivered to DWSD Warehouses at: a. Central Warehouse Location: 6425 Huber St., Detroit, MI 48211 b. West Yard Location: 13401 W. Outer Dr., Detroit, MI 48239 4. Deliveries must be made between the hours of 7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Driver must show driver's license to security upon entry onto property. 5. Once driver is on the property, they must report to shipping/receiving and they will be directed by Warehouse personnel to the designated area to complete the delivery. For its operations tentatively beginning on 11/1/23. DWSD reserves the right to award by lowest price per line or by lowest lump sum price at its sole discretion. In addition, DWSD also reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts resulting from this RFB.
