The Request for Proposal (RFP) includes: - Removal of Existing 1-Phase Electrical Equipment as Designated within the Facility. - Modifications to Existing Office, Vestibule & Generator Rooms to House New 3-Phase Equipment. - Supply & Installation of New 3-Phase Equipment. - Supply & Installation of Temporary 240/120V, 1-Ph, 60kW Diesel Gen Set Including Power & Control Equipment. - Supply & Installation of New 600V, 3-Ph, 100kW Diesel Gen Set Including Power & Control Equipment, Concrete Pad, etc. - Site Upgrades to Accommodate Temporary & New Electrical Equipment such as: Duct Banks, Transformers, Enclosures, Utility Pull Boxes, Extension of Perimeter Fencing, Granulars, etc. - Removal of Existing HVAC / Mechanical Equipment including: Gen Set, Fuel Tank, Supply Lines, Silencer, Flue Vent, etc. - Supply & Installation of New HVAC Equipment as Designated.
