As of June 2, 2023, the site visit invitation for June 7, 2023 has been cancelled, per the new superintendent. The Moberly School District is requesting statements and qualifications for Professional Architectural & Engineering Design Services for a proposed New MPS Fieldhouse Project. Successful consultants shall be responsible for work that includes Project Feasibility & Evaluations; Project Sequencing & Cost Estimates; Conceptual Design; Design Development, Contract Documents, and Contract Administration for this project and other improvements deemed relevant. Proposed Project to consist of a new Structure located adjacent to Moberly High School and to accommodate the following: ? Main Fieldhouse Building o (3) Basketball Courts w/ Dividers o Adaptable to Potential Future Main Competition Gym (Main Floor, Bleachers, Scoreboards, etc.) ? Breezeway Connection to Moberly High School (Extension of “Spartan Way”) to act as new West Access to Fieldhouse and Moberly High School. ? Relevant Site Improvements (Utility, Drive, Parking, and Sidewalk Improvements) ? Future Locker Rooms, Toilet Facilities, Storage, etc. (Storm Shelter Rated) ? Future Classroom, Offices, Storage, and JROTC Addition(s) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
