Site work and renovation of a parking garage in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Project consists of full replacement of joint sealant and expansion joints related to the façade. Pressure washing the entire first façade, along with re-striping floors 1-3, painting bollards and steel façade infills. Other miscellaneous repairs include the cleaning of existing floor drains. The City of St. Augustine reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all of Bids/Proposals if deemed to be in its best interest. All Bidders/Offerors are encouraged to make good faith efforts to ensure that women- and minority-owned businesses are given the opportunity for maximum participation in the supply and/or construction of the Bid components. Project comprises repairs and waterproofing at a 1,164 car parking facility for the City of St. Augustine, FL at One Cordova Way, St. Augustine, FL. F. Work consists of repairs to Levels 1 - 3 and facade. 1. Work includes full replacement of joint sealant and expansion joints related to the facade, pressure cleaning of the entire first level and facade, re-striping Levels 1 - 3, painting bollards and steel facade infills. Every request for a written interpretation or correction must be received at least nine (9) days prior to opening of bids in order to be considered (06/14/2023).
