Renovation of a library in Englewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 29,417-square-foot, two-story above grade library.
Reference Number 0000321079 ALD is soliciting qualifications submittals from experienced General Contractor's, licensed in Colorado and in good standing. General contractor services will include renovation of ALD's support services building in a CM/GC (Construction Manager/General Contractor) delivery method, with a construction cost of approximately $9MM. The support services renovation includes interior renovation, infrastructure retrofit, envelope upgrades, and landscape upgrades with a sustainability focus. ALD expects the construction drawings to be completed by the end of 2023 and the physical construction to begin in early 2024. The timeline may be subject to change.
