Project Location: Each of the sewer line rehabilitation or replacement areas associated with this project is located within the boundaries of South Englewood Sanitation District No.1, in the City of Englewood, CO. The specific sites are shown on the location map in the construction drawings. Contractors are to satisfy themselves as to the site and project conditions prior to bid. B. Scope of Work: Consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, accessories and labor for performing all operations necessary for the following: o Sanitary sewer rehabilitation using the trenchless lining method of curedin-place-pipe (CIPP) for: o 5,817 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer o 726 linear feet of 12-inch diameter sanitary sewer o 130 linear feet of 15-inch diameter sanitary sewer o Remove and replace 24 linear feet of 8-inch diameter pipe o 4 Excavated point repairs o Various Manhole Repairs including, but not limited to: o Line 4 manholes (54 vertical feet) o Removal of 163 steel steps o Adjust 8 manholes to grade o Installation of 1 carsonite marker postRepair 1 invert o Clean debris from manhole (6) o Locate manhole/cleanout (2) o Install inside bowl drop (2) o Trim 23 intruding service taps C. The Construction Drawings for the project consist of Kennedy/Jenks Consultants' drawings titled South Englewood Sanitation District No. 1, 2023 Capital Improvement Program Project, which are hereby referred to and made part of these specifications.
