Liquidated Damages: $1,500.00 per calendar day Start/Delivery Date: July 17, 2023 Project Duration:275 Calendar Days All questions must be received by the Kern High School District, Kristan McWhorter, in written form [EMAIL kristan_mcwhorter@kernhigh.org] a minimum of seven (7) days prior to bid opening date. This will allow time to respond to the question and/or issue an addendum to all contractors addressing the question. Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days before bid date will not be acknowledged.
