Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a residential development.
This RFP will be utilized by the City to secure the services of a qualified Design-Build Team to make a repair to a city sanitary sewer pipe that has collapsed under a retaining wall system installed next to the attached garage of an occupied single-family residential dwelling. Objectives to accomplish are: o Design and construction of the collapsed 8" VCP gravity sewer repair o Design and construction of the shoring for the adjacent residential structure o Restoration/Preservation of the private retaining wall system and structure o Mitigation of risk to nearby existing residential structure due to construction.
