Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Kent, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing Filter Building and Laboratory Roofing System at the City of Akron Water Supply Plant, 1570 Ravenna Road, Kent, OH 44240. The Director of Public Service reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities. a certified check in the sum of 10% of bids on a solvent bank, or a bid bond Except as provided in Section 34.09 of the City's Code of Ordinance, the Proposer to whom the Agreement is awarded will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond in the sum of 100% Deadline for Questions to City May 31, 2023 by 11:00 am
