As part of this program, the TTC will be installing elevators at numerous subway stations under the Easier Access Phase III Program (EA III). In addition, the TTC will be installing new escalators at subway stations under the Second Exit Program, replacing existing escalators in stations that have reached the end of their useful operating life, and overhauling elevators that require replacement of major components. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
