the arlee celebration committee located at arlee, montana is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals wantingto provide restroom cleaning and maintenance at the arlee powwow. the scope of services will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: 1. empty al restroom trash containers as needed. trash will be emptied into provided dumpsters on grounds. 2. clean restrooms, including mopping, at least twice daily, more if needed. 3. trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and cleaning materials as needed shall be included as part of the bid. 4. will provide final cleanup at conclusion of celebration butno later than july 5, 2023. final check will not be issued until inspected on that date. firms or individuals responding to this request for proposals shall have meet the following requirements: 1. successful bidder must provide liability insurance coverage naming the arlee celebration committee and the confederated salish and kootenai tribes as also insured. 2. be an enrolled member of the confederated salish and kootenai tribes. firms or individuals responding to the request for proposal must submit at least the following: 1. statement of willingness and ability to perform the scope of services. 2. fee for services for the entire length of the agreement beginning june 28th and ending no later than july 4th. a cash draw to successful bidder will be provided to purchase supplies. 3. copy of estimate of liability insurance with certificate ofcoverage provided with contract of successful bidder. 4. identification of responsible principal and any other individuals to be assigned to complete any tasks described in the scopeof services.
