Faxed or e-mailed proposals will not be accepted The Scope of Services will include, but not necessarily belimited to, the following: 1. Empty all trash containers throughout Pow Wow Groundsas needed. This may mean several times a day. Trash will beemptied into provided dumpsters. 2. Clean grounds daily to pick up trash discarded outsideprovided receptacles. 3. Trash bags and other materials as needed shall be includedas part of the bid. 4. Will provide final cleanup on July 3rd. 5. Collect and stack all tipi poles on the day following the endof the Arlee Pow Wow. Poles will be stacked in designated spotprovided by Pow Wow Committee. Firms or individuals responding to this Request for Proposalsshall have meet the following requirements: 1. Vendor shall use only licensed and insured vehicles anddrivers while providing service under this contract. 2. Successful bidder must provide liability insurance coveragenaming the Arlee Celebration Committee and the ConfederatedSalish and Kootenai Tribes as also insured. Firms or individuals responding to the Request for Proposalmust submit at least the following: 1. Statement of willingness and ability to perform the Scopeof Services. 2. Fee for services for the entire length of the agreement beginningJune 28th and ending no later than July 4th. 3. Copy of estimate of Liability Insurance with Certificate ofCoverage provided with contract of successful bidder. 4. Identification of responsible principal and any other individualsto be assigned to complete any tasks described in the Scopeof Services. 5. Proof of enrollment in the Confederated Salish and KootenaiTribes. 6.
