This project consists of tenant improvements at two areas in the existing CTE building at Interlake High School. The first improvement is to divide the existing graphics design lab with new acoustic walls to create a digital media lab and graphics design lab with shared vestibule. This will involve modification of existing mechanical and electrical systems and replacement of finishes. The second improvement consists of selective demolition of storage walls at the north side of the metal shop and reconfiguration of electrical associated with those walls and relocated equipment. Also included is a new exhaust hood at the roof and new gas manifold at exterior storage area on the south wall of the building Bid Bond: A Bid Deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount of the base bid is required and must either be a surety bond, postal money order, cash, cashiers' check or certified check.
