The Contractor shall provide and maintain a Maintenance Control Program (MCP) as required in the current version of ASME A17.1 (Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators). The MCP records shall be kept in accordance with currently (for this jurisdiction) adopted version, as amended from time to time, of ASME A17.1. At a minimum, the Contractor shall provide maintenance procedures required under the MCP for the duration of this Agreement. The owner shall have access to the MCP records and data at any time based upon access instructions located in the elevator machine room. This MCP requirement does not affect the additional scope of work requirements outlined in this Agreement. Question End Date 5/26/2023 4:00 PM
