Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Compton, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Playfield renovation for Bunche MS, Walton MS, and Dominquez HS: Demolition and removal of existing turf grass -provide grading in areas as identified on plans; remove decomposed granite from areas as identified on plans -provide grading in areas as identified on plans; demolish and remove chain-link backstop fencing and items where identified on plans; remove irrigation system including remote control valves, irrigation heads, irrigation mainline, irrigation lateral lines, booster pump as identified on plans; and disconnect existing electrical power to booster pump in area as identified on plans. Demolish concrete shot and discuss pads and netting in area as identified on plans. Obtain soil samples from designated area as shown on plans and submit them to Soils Testing labs as indicated in specifications. Install new turf, planting, decomposed granite, edging and irrigation in areas as identified on plans.Install asphalt paving, concrete paving as identified on plans; and provide grading in areas as identified on plans. Electrical Scope as noted: Disconnect power to Existing 10HP booster pump at Bunche MS, which is currently being fed from existing 100A, 120/208V, 3-ph panel in existing shed or storage. Provide new electrical service to new pump, bring new power from building on the west side (building just north of Admin building) and trenching is needed. Specification and Notes are included on the plans.
