Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Olean, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of August 3,2023 project was awarded , start date is anytime and will be completed by May 21,2024 ** Provide labor and materials to do the pavement preparation and overlay on various streets, to be determined, by the City of Olean. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Contract term: 11/3/2023 Bids must be submitted on the prescribed Proposal Form and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than five (5) percent of the gross amount of bid. The Bond for the full amount of the Contract will be required of the successful Bidder to secure faithful performance of the Contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor or furnishing materials in connection therewith. A Bond in a similar amount will be required as guarantee of the work for one year after completion. An executed Non-Collusive Bidding Certification shall accompany each proposal. Failure to provide this certification will result in not having the bid read. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 45 days after opening. The City of Olean reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, or to readvertise for bids, if the best interest of the City of Olean will be served thereby.
