The City of Olean will receive sealed bids for the purchase of three (3) new Viessman Vitodens 200-W, BHE-199 Wall-Mounted Gas-Fired Condensing Boilers with mounting rack, Multiple Boiler Low-Loss Distribution Manifold, and associated equipment & materials (i.e. exhaust kits, pipe fittings, etc.) Bid envelope must be clearly marked: BID FOR BOILERS. Each bidder must accompany his/her bid with a Non-Collusive Bidding Certification. Failure to provide this certification will result in not having the bid read. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of forty-five (45) days from date of opening. The Common Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to select the bid it deems to be in the best interest of the City of Olean.
