The AESO is seeking an Audio-Visual ("AV") Equipment Procurement and Integration Partner, in whole or in part, to provide the following services (A and/or B): A. Onsite AESO Office Procurement & Service: o AV support services for the AESO's current and new meeting room spaces in the Calgary area, which consist of approximately sixty-five (65) meeting rooms of varying sizes, which AV support services will be provided on an as-needed basis on Business Days for a period of five (5) years; and o AV design and development services for the AESO's new meeting room spaces within the four (4) floors of the AESO's new office space, which services shall include, without limitation: (i) AV planning; (ii) AV and space design; (iii) procurement of AV equipment and other related equipment; (iv) procurement of appropriate warranties with respect to such AV equipment and other equipment; (v) coordination and relocation of the AESO's existing AV equipment and other related equipment from the AESO's existing office space to the AESO's new office space; (v) installation and configuration of AV equipment and other related equipment; and (vi) training AESO personnel and providing appropriate documentation and manuals; (vii) technical support, and which services shall be performed starting in August, 2023 and shall be completed before June 30, 2024, with specific activities and services to be completed by the dates advised by the AESO, o Self-sufficient mobile AV equipment package for offsite meeting events.
