Site work for a road / highway in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Remove and replace the traffic coating at the Harbour Front Parkade, located at 51 Gordon Street, Nanaimo, BC. Work of this Contract comprises the following: 1. Removal of existing paint and membranes, 2. Removal of all existing crack sealants, 3. Removal and reinstallation of all guards, bollards, cages, etc. as required for application of coatings to slab surfaces unless otherwise noted on drawings. 4. Coordinate removal of parking meters. Removal of parking meters by Owner's Representative. 5. Grinding and crack preparation for caulking, repair of concrete deterioration and repair or replace drain(s) as indicated on drawings, 6. Preparation of the concrete to receive a new membrane, 7. Application of new membrane, 8. Painting of traffic lines and arrows, and 9. Repair of deteriorated door jambs as indicated. 10. Provisional Work: additional areas of Work shown on the drawings. If included, Provisional Work to be provided equivalent to base contract Work.
