The envelope should be properly addressed to the Marshall County Board of Public Utilities, 624 W. Commerce St., Lewisburg, TN. 37091, and the PROPOSERS name and address should be indicated on the outside of the envelope. Unsigned Proposals will be considered non-responsive. Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the date of opening thereof The Marshall County Board of Public Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all RFP responses, waive all technicalities, and accept the RFP most advantageous.
