PROJECT ADDRESS (if applicable) 44875 Jefferson Ave, Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI 48045\ The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) on behalf of Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Michigan Air National Guard (MIANG), is requesting professional architectural and engineering services to perform Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EIAP) Services to include Environmental Assessments (EA) and Environmental Baseline Surveys (EBS) for Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan. The intent of this selection process is to contract with a qualified firm to provide ad-hoc professional services, including Environmental Assessments for short-term construction associated with the North Clear Zone Expansion, and Phase I EBS for parcels 2A and 2B and Phase II EBS for parcel 2B for property acquisition in the expanded clear zone (see attached for description of parcels). Reference attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full scope of work. Two optional tasks are identified in the PWS. Proposals shall separately identify proposed fees to accomplish each task. The government does not intend to award these options with the initial contract order, but reserves the right to modify the contract to either, neither, or both of the optional tasks at its discretion for the duration of the project: Optional Task 1: Section 106 Consultation – Cultural Resources (Subtask 6.13) Optional Task 2: Additional Document Version (Subtask 6.14)
