The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials and supplies, transportation, licenses, taxes, insurance, and any and all other items necessary to provide Firefighting Turnout Gear, to include the sizing of individual members of the Pittsburg Fire Department. The City will have final decision in all matters regarding acceptance of bids and issuance of awards.
