Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Navasota, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

The major items of work include: Installation of 6' water line (505 LF), wet connection, including bacteria testing of constructed water line. Accompanying work includes services leads, gate valves, fire hydrant, and other appurtenances. Installation of 6' sewer line (421 LF), 18' deep doghouse drop manhole. Accompanying work includes connection to (4) existing services and stub-out for (6) future services. Installation and removal of RCP 15' culvert (24 LF) and the installation of 15' RCP culvert (42 LF). Installation of 6' concrete drive and entrance (505 SY) with 12' turndowns and 4' storm flume (126 SY) to roadside ditch. Alternate Bid includes removing fencing and swing gate and adding additional fencing and 31' automatic sliding gate with keypad. New power will need to be added to this location. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of The City of Navasota in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
