The work includes asbestos abatement, demolition, utility disconnections, backfill and restoration, traffic control and protection. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidders bond, certified check, bank cashiers check or bank draft payable to the Village of Westmont for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder.
