Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
This project converts an existing classroom area into a wet lab, materials lab, and utility spaces. New storefront walls will be constructed to separate the lab spaces. Rooms will gain new casework, and lab equipment. Upgraded lighting, power, and HVAC will be included. Anyone wishing to discuss specific items is requested to submit the items in writing to Capital Construction Procurement, no later than 06/01/2023 at 1:00 PM Lexington, KY Time.
