New construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Santa Rosa, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 465-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.
The County of Sonoma Public Infrastructure Department is soliciting bids for the Construction of the PRO/JJC Greenhouse and Shed Project. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a prefabricated greenhouse with aluminum framing and single tempered glass glazing within the secure boundary of County's Juvenile Justice Center. Minor site work will consist of grading, concrete pads, walkways, and utilities work. REQUIRED CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE(S). A California B contractor's license is required to Bid this Contract and through the completion of the project. All contractors and subcontractors shall be properly licensed by the Contractor's State Licensing Board and possess the necessary license classifications for the work they perform under this project. Bidders must attend Pre-Bid Conference & Site Visit and sign an attendance roster as a condition to bid. See Bid Documents uploaded to the Supplier Portal for instructions on RSVPing instructions.
