Demolition and renovation of a medical facility in Whittemore, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to seek the service of qualified contractors to renovate the existing Whittemore - Prescott Administration Building. The proposal is to include the demolition and restoration of existing architectural, mechanical and electrical equipment as described in this RFP and the associated architectural documents. The School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The district further reserves the right to award the contract to that proposer whose proposal best complies with the project requirements. Proposers may not withdraw their proposal for a period of sixty (60) days for the date set for the opening thereof. An original and one (1) copy of the proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mr. Joseph Perrera, Superintendent and marked Whittemore - Prescott Health Center Renovation Project.
