DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND FACILITY TO BE CONSTRUCTED: The project involves the site development and construction of a new 4,200 sq. ft. single story Police Station for the City of Fruitland to be located at 200 S. Whitley Drive, Fruitland, ID 83619 as specified in the bid documents which are in the possession of Architecture Northwest, PA, attn. Randy Haverfield AIA via email at randy@arcnw.com. Bidders are required to hold a current valid public works contractor class AA, AAA, or Unlimited. Bid security is required to be submitted with the bid in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount bid and in the form of either: Cash, a Cashier's check made payable to the City of Fruitland, a certified check made payable to the City of Fruitland, or a bidder's bond executed by a qualified surety company and made payable to the City of Fruitland. Please be aware that it is the intent of the City of Fruitland to award this project along with the expansion of the Paramedics Building (Bid Solicitation No. 23- 02) to the lowest responsible bidder for both projects. The City of Fruitland reserves in its discretion the right to reject any and all bids presented and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bid process and/or to re-advertise.
