Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fruitland, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This Project is Funded in Part by the Children Pedestrian Safety Program Through Lhtac and Buy America and Davis Bacon Wages Are in Effect for This Project. All Project Requirements Are Based on the City Standards and the Construction Will Be Administered by the City of Fruitland. Portions of the Work Will Be Performed by City Crews, the Contractor Shall Coordinate All Work With the City Public Works Director. The Work to Be Performed by the Contractor Includes the Construction of Approximately 300 Square Yards of Concrete Sidewalk, 4 Pedestrian Ramps, 740 Feet of Curb and Gutter, 111 Square Yards of Concrete Driveway Approaches, 2 Catch Basins, Precast Sediment Boxes, Seepage Beds, Asphalt Pavement Patching, Excavation, Base Course and Other Miscellaneous Items of Work. All Parts or Work Not Specifically Mentioned Which Are Necessary in Order to Provide a Complete Installation Shall Be Included in the Bid and Shall Conform to All City of Fruitland Requirements. In Determining the Lowest Responsive Bid, the Owner Will Consider All Acceptable Bids on a Basis Consistent With the Bid Package. The Owner Will Also Consider Whether the Bidder is a Responsible Bidder. Before a Contract Will Be Awarded for Work Contemplated Herein, the Owner Will Conduct Such Investigation as is Necessary to Determine the Performance Record and Ability of the Apparent Low Bidder to Perform the Size and Type of Work Specified Under This Contract. Upon Request, the Bidder Shall Submit Such Information as Deemed Necessary by the Owner to Evaluate the Bidder's Qualifications. Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Cash in the Amount of 5% of the Amount of the Bid Proposal. Said Bid Security Shall Be Forfeited to the City of Fruitland as Liquidated Damages Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into Contract in Accordance With Their Proposal as Specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 09/05/2025: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
